Today's Lesson:
THE ABCs of FAITH 27
HOW FAITH COMES - Faith Comes by Hearing Words part 3
So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
Romans 10: 17
How To Release Faith
There are three simple basics that you need to know and understand about faith. As I said earlier, these three spiritual principles are fundamentals. They are actually the most important things that you can learn about faith. These things are the actual ABCs of real Bible faith. Let's review a little before moving ahead.
FAITH IS THE MONEY
Faith is the money that heaven deals with. To understand faith, it is important to understand the parallel of faith with money. Here are three things we need to understand about money which go hand in hand with the ABCs of faith:
#1 What money is
#2 How money comes
#3 How to spend money
MONEY ANALOGY
First we must understand "what money is", if we don't we will not value it. Money in the natural world is power or influence. Faith is power in the spirit world.
Secondly we must understand "how money comes", if we don't understand this we will never have much of it. Money comes first of all by working. Money grows by investing. Money increases by giving!
Third we must know how to spend or release money. You never enjoy the money you have until you release or spend it. Need I say more?
A-B-C
Now I want to give you the ABCs of FAITH again. These three things are the foundation for Bible Faith.
Here they are:
A - What faith is!
B - How faith comes!
C - How to release or turn your faith loose!
These three principles of faith are the key to building a solid foundation for your faith life.
Now it is time to introduce principle number three, which is: How to release your faith.
Pay very close attention to this statement please: "Faith is released by word and actions." First I want to focus on the spiritual concept of words. More people miss it in what they say, words or their confession than any other area. Faith primarily operates by saying it. That is why Romans 10: 8 calls it the word of faith. People say all the time; Yah but brother Smalls, I am not into that word of faith stuff. Well, are you into the Bible? If not that is your choice. God will not violate the human will. But if you do believe the Bible, how can you deny Romans 10: 8-10. I love the King James Bible, but here I want to use some other translations to show that even modern translations call it the word of faith.
Romans 10:8-10 (New International Version)
8 But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,"[a] that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Romans 10:8-10 (New American Standard Bible)
8 But what does it say? "(A)THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART"--that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
9 that (B)if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and (C)believe in your heart that (D)God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
Romans 10:8-10 (The Message)
The word that saves is right here, as near as the tongue in your mouth, as close as the heart in your chest. It's the word of faith that welcomes God to go to work and set things right for us. This is the core of our preaching. Say the welcoming word to God-"Jesus is my Master"-embracing, body and soul, God's work of doing in us what he did in raising Jesus from the dead. That's it. You're not "doing" anything; you're simply calling out to God, trusting him to do it for you. That's salvation. With your whole being you embrace God setting things right, and then you say it, right out loud: "God has set everything right between him and me!"
Romans 10:8-10 (Amplified Bible)
8 But what does it say? The Word (God's message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach,(A)
9 Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.
Romans 10:8-10 (21st Century King James Version)
8 But what saith it? "The Word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth and in thy heart," that is, the word of faith which we preach: 9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
SATAN HAS DECEIVED MANY
Satan has deceived many to reject of neglect the word of faith, because it is the message for the end of this dispensation. (I will explain this in a future teaching). No message stirs up religious people like the word of faith does because it is the message or practicing dominion on the earth. We are here to exercise authority over the forces of darkness and everything else for that matter. The word of faith is a message of power and Satan is a power hungry being, so he will do everything in the world to try and confuse people regarding the word of faith.
Folks, the word of faith is not some human creation. Nor is it a prosperity message, a positive thinking concept or self-help gimmick. The word of faith will produce prosperity, positive thinking and will help you to have biblical self-esteem but the bottom line is; the word of faith is the Word of God! The word of faith did not originate in Tulsa! The word of faith is God's Word, it is God's modus operandi. Modus operandi according to Webster's dictionary means: a method of procedure; especially: a distinct pattern or method of operation.
The word of faith is God's method of procedure and distinct pattern and method of operation. God's power is in His Word.
The enemy has deceive many to leave or reject the word of faith through man's stupidity and imbalance. Many in the ministry have seen the word of faith as a way to financial gain alone, when really it is not about money, it is about God's method or procedure, God's way of doing things!
The word of faith is how you were saved. It is not what we have made it today in our wresting of the Word for our own selfish purposes. What has happened is that many have corrupted the Word for their own selfish desires (even many in the ministry). But, that does not change the word of faith. It is still God's plan for us exercising our authority and dominion in this planet. The word of faith is simply saying what God says about you regardless of your circumstances. God is a faith God because God is a Spirit! He operates by faith in everything He does. Faith is the money that heaven deals with! Believe it, conceive it, and receive it!
Live well, Live blessed,

Author's note:
These lessons are written "daily" like as the fresh manna fell daily in Israel. No left-overs for God's people! What an honor to be able to share with God's people. PLEASE, excuse me if there is an occasional typo. The fresh nature of the newsletter does not allow time for me to have them proof-read. The time is short!
